How fast can you get to a flooded property?

Can my wet carpet be saved?
Often, yes. Carpet soaked by clean water and extracted within a day or two can usually be dried and re-laid. Grey water may need new underlay, and sewage or river floodwater usually means replacement for health reasons. We assess it on site and tell you honestly.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We record moisture readings, photos and drying logs that support your claim, and the records are yours to send to your insurer. Contact your insurer early and photograph the damage before anything is moved.
How long does drying take?
Most rooms take 3 to 5 days with commercial air movers and dehumidifiers. We check moisture levels daily and only finish when readings show the floor, underlay and wall bases are dry.
