Construction dust is fine, abrasive and gets absolutely everywhere. Left in carpet it acts like sandpaper underfoot, and a standard vacuum simply redistributes it. A builders clean has to remove it, not move it.

What is included

High-filtration dust extraction
Plaster, paint and adhesive spot removal
Carpet and hard floor cleaning
Post-construction detailing
Scheduled around your handover date
Suitable for new builds and renovations

Why this matters in Christchurch

Christchurch has a lot of ongoing rebuild and renovation work. We handle both new builds at handover and renovations where only part of the house was affected.

How we do it

High-filtration extraction removes fine dust rather than recirculating it.
Paint, plaster and adhesive spots are treated individually.
Carpets and hard floors are cleaned to handover standard.
Timed around your handover so the property is presentable on the day.
